In the oral tradition of the Colombian justice system, it has become increasingly more important to be able to present well-articulated oral arguments. However, law schools have not always provided adequate training in this regard; sometimes, attorneys simply recognize they need rigorous training in order to ensure a greater success rate.

Lingua Franca provides personalized assistance for attorneys who need to plan ahead and prepare their oral statement for a hearing. This process begins with the planning of the general structure for the attorney’s intervention; and continues with the drafting of a general action plan for the hearing, which will be accompanied by graphical tools to orient the speaker and possibly by a slide presentation, if considered necessary.
